There is also a laundry room & oversized walk in closet/dressing room for comfortable living.
Enjoy access to the entire home, outdoor living space, private hot tub, & 'Tiny Barn' rec room. We are located within walking distance to hiking trails within and outside of Rocky Mt National Park.
Additionally, we have a historic ‘Tiny Barn’, which looks out at a view of "The Notch". The extra space is furnished with a leather sofa, a TV & dedicated work space. Childrens Toys & books, a collection of RMNP maps, a dart board, Corn Hole, sleds, snow shoes & even a massage chair are some of the extras you will find in this whimsical space. This space can also be used as additional storage for guests. *Please note that the building is not insulated. A space heater is provided, but it may not be suitable on blustery winter days.

This is a new cottage (2022) in a historic resort neighborhood within minutes of amenities & attractions for all ages. This is also the home of a variety of wildlife that will welcome you. We are located within minutes of Rocky Mt National Park by foot or by car. The Estes Park Shuttle also services our neighborhood. The 'Tiny Barn', our additional rec room offers additional space and toys or all ages.
